There are things you've never told anyone, about wanting and not wanting, or about the confusion or shame you feel about your body. Maybe you and your partner want different things. Maybe intimacy has started to feel like pressure. Or maybe you just want to understand yourself better. Together, we'll find a safe way to explore it.

Does this sound familiar?
Body & desire
- Low or mismatched desire
- Body shame or confusion
- Intimacy as obligation
- Hard to relax
- Performance anxiety
Talking about it
- Not knowing how to start
- Fear of hurting your partner
- Avoiding the topic
- Feeling alone in it
- Keeping it all inside
How I work
Here's how we'll work together:
- First, we build a space that feels safe enough. What we talk about, and how deep we go, is up to you.
- Grounded in my sex therapy training and a person-centered approach, we untangle how desire, your body, and your relationship affect each other.
- Starting from your strengths, we find the words to say what you feel out loud, and a pace for moving closer to each other.

What might change along the way
- A place without judgment to really talk about sex and intimacy
- Practicing saying what you want and don't want, as the shame slowly loosens
- Talking about sex with your partner without dancing around it or going silent
- Letting intimacy feel like connection again, instead of pressure
Common questions about sex & intimacy
Can I come on my own, or do I need my partner?
Either is fine. Some things are easier to sort through on your own first, and some are better to talk about together. We can start with whichever feels more comfortable for you.
Won't talking about this be really awkward?
You set the pace, and you won't be pushed to say anything. Once people get started, the thing I hear most often is, "I didn't know we could talk about it like this."
Do you have training in sex therapy?
Yes. I completed the Sex Therapy Program at CIIS, and I continue to train in this area.
