You haven't stopped loving each other. You just can't seem to reach each other anymore.
Using the Gottman Method, I help you turn your fights into a way back to each other.

You've had the same fight a hundred times, and you both know each other's lines by heart. One of you has given up on talking, and the other is still knocking on the door. You're both tired. You want things to change, but you don't know where to start.

Does this sound familiar?
Between the two of you
- The same fight on repeat
- Fewer real talks
- Feeling unseen
- Silence and avoidance
- Less closeness
Inside you
- "Is the love gone?"
- Tired but not ready to let go
- Lonely together
- Afraid to speak up
- Unsure you can go back
How I work
Here's how we'll work together:
- We start with a structured assessment to understand the cycle you get caught in, and I also meet with each of you separately to hear your side.
- Combining the Gottman Method with a person-centered approach, we practice right there in session. We don't just talk about communication; you try a different way of talking to each other in the moment.
- Building on what's already good in your relationship, we create ways for you to repair and stay connected in daily life.

What might change along the way
- A place to call a timeout in the middle of a fight, and to repair afterward
- Hearing the care underneath your partner's words, not just the attack
- Finding your way back to time that's just for the two of you
- Facing big decisions as teammates instead of opponents
Common questions about couples therapy
What if my partner won't come?
That's very common. You can start on your own. One person changing is often where a relationship starts to shift. Your partner is also welcome to call me for a free consultation and ask any questions they have.
We're not sure whether to stay together or separate. Can we still come?
Yes. Therapy doesn't assume you have to stay together. The goal is to help you say what you need to say clearly, so that whatever you decide comes from understanding rather than exhaustion.
Can we come even when we're fighting a lot?
Yes, and that's often the best time to come. Sessions have a structure, so they won't turn into another place to fight.
