Your experience
You've started asking yourself: is this the life I wanted? You notice that most of your time goes to thinking about work, or about how to get away from it. You're slowly losing your passion and drive, and the people around you can see the change in you too.

Does this sound familiar?
Body & mind
- Waking up tired
- Mind racing after work
- Weekends that don't restore you
- Headaches, insomnia, stomach issues
- Foggy focus and memory
Emotions & work
- No sense of accomplishment
- Cynical or numb
- Never enough
- Want out, can't let go
- Sunday-night dread
How I work
Here's how we'll work together:
- First, we give you room to catch your breath. Then we look together at where the exhaustion is coming from: the workload, a loss of meaning, or boundaries you keep giving up.
- We look at the patterns underneath it, and you learn to listen again to the signals your body is sending.
- Starting from your strengths, you practice setting boundaries and resting for real, and you ask yourself again what you actually want.

What might change along the way
- Time to be honest about how tired you are, without pretending you're fine
- Slowly learning to tell your responsibilities apart from other people's expectations
- Feeling again that there's more to you than your work
- Letting yourself rest again, without the guilt
Common questions about burnout
Can you sign FMLA paperwork?
It depends. Once we've started working together and I understand your situation, I can sign FMLA paperwork if it's clinically appropriate. Check the process with your HR department first. If you're also applying for disability benefits, you'll usually need certification from your primary care physician as well. I can provide treatment records to support your application.
Will you tell me to quit my job?
No. Whether to change jobs is always your decision. My job is to help you see things clearly, so that the choice comes from you and not from exhaustion.
I barely have time. How often would we meet?
I usually suggest meeting weekly for the first month so we can build trust and get to know each other. After that, we'll decide together how often to meet. I offer early morning and lunchtime appointments, and we can find a time that fits your schedule.
